The big Egiziano

I have made a new very big panny hommage watch latley.

Full specs as follows

:-case diameter with no cg: 52mm
:-case diameter with cg 60mm
:-swiss unitas 6497 movt
:-sapphire
:-sandwich dial with c3 lumed
-matching gold hands
-3 ATM WR tested
-leather strap 24 x 24mm with GPF buckle
